- Maestro is expanding into the East Coast San Francisco / USA and looking for one exceptional person to lead it as a co owner.

- You might come from consulting, executive search, professional services, or a senior commercial leadership role.
- What matters most is that you build relationships, close deals, and want to own something real.

- There's no fixed salary to start. Early income is variable.
