Responsibilities
- Establish and build Zurbagun Auto's business operations from inception
- Develop and execute the company's strategic business plan and long term growth strategy
- Set up operational processes, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Build and manage the company's organizational structure, including recruiting and leading key management personnel
- Develop strong relationships with international manufacturers, distributors, exporters, dealerships, and fleet operators
- Establish strategic partnerships across China, Europe, and other key automotive markets
- Oversee procurement, international sales, logistics, import/export operations, customs clearance, finance, and administration
- Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers, buyers, and strategic partners
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and international trade requirements
- Identify new business opportunities and expand into new international markets
- Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and performance targets
- Drive revenue growth while ensuring operational efficiency and profitability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Automotive Management, or related field
- MBA or Master's degree highly preferred
- Minimum 5 10 years of senior management experience in international automotive trading
- Proven experience establishing or scaling an automotive trading business
- Extensive experience sourcing and trading vehicles from China, Europe, and other international markets
- Strong understanding of UAE import/export regulations, customs procedures, logistics, and international trade
- Demonstrated experience leading multi functional teams and managing P&L responsibilities
- Existing global network of manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, logistics providers, and wholesale buyers

Position Summary
- Zurbagun Auto is a startup international automotive trading company specializing in the wholesale purchase, sale, import, and export of vehicles.
- The Managing Director will be responsible for establishing and leading all aspects of Zurbagun Auto's operations, business development, commercial strategy, and organizational growth.
