Job Description
PinApple Holiday Homes LLC is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Director to oversee and manage the company’s daily operations, business growth, property portfolio, and team performance within the holiday homes sector in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in real estate or holiday homes management, and the ability to manage operations, guest satisfaction, sales, and company performance effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the holiday homes business
- Manage company staff, departments, and operational performance
- Develop business strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
- Supervise property onboarding and portfolio expansion
- Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure high service standards
- Handle partnerships with property owners and external agencies
- Review financial performance, expenses, and profitability
- Ensure compliance with DTCM regulations and company policies
- Support marketing, sales, and listing optimization on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Bayut, and Property Finder
- Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and customer service teams
- Prepare reports and updates for company management
Requirements
- Previous experience in holiday homes, hospitality, or real estate management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of Dubai holiday homes regulations and operations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively
- Experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, Hostaway, or similar platforms is an advantage
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Professional attitude and customer-focused approach
