Responsibilities
- Complete financial audit, P&L analysis, cash flow forecasting, and cost reduction strategy within first 90 days
- Increase revenue through better doctor utilization, patient conversion, retention, marketing ROI, high ticket procedures, corporate partnerships, and membership programs
- Implement SOPs, KPIs, dashboards, reporting systems, accountability structure, procurement controls, inventory controls, and quality assurance
- Recruit and retain top talent; manage doctors, nurses, front desk, sales, marketing, and administration
- Ensure full compliance with DHA, NABIDH, infection control, licensing, medical records, and audit readiness
- Own lead generation, lead conversion, sales scripts, call center performance, and marketing ROI
- Lead, coach, mentor, and hold a multidisciplinary medical team accountable while maintaining a positive culture
Requirements

About the Role
- We are not looking for an Operations Manager. We are looking for the person who can transform an underperforming premium healthcare clinic into one of Dubai’s leading aesthetic and wellness centers.
- This role is for someone who has successfully built, scaled, restructured, or turned around private healthcare businesses.
About Us
- First Class Clinic is a premium multidisciplinary healthcare facility located in Jumeirah, Dubai, offering Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Dentistry, Laser, Beauty Therapy, Longevity Medicine, Nutrition, Chiropractic & Physiotherapy, Regenerative Medicine.
- We have the infrastructure, location, doctors, and investment. We now require exceptional leadership.
Mission
- Within 12 months your mission is to transform First Class Clinic into one of Dubai’s highest performing premium clinics. You will be accountable for profitability—not activity.
Your Deliverables (First 90 Days)
- Financial: Complete financial audit, Profit & Loss analysis, Cash flow forecasting, Department profitability, Doctor profitability, Room profitability, Cost reduction strategy.
- Revenue: Increase revenue through better doctor utilization, better patient conversion, better retention, better marketing ROI, high ticket procedures, corporate partnerships, membership programs.
- Operations: Build systems that allow the owner to step away from daily firefighting. Implement SOPs, KPIs, Dashboards, Reporting systems, Accountability structure, Procurement controls, Inventory controls, Quality assurance.
- Human Resources: Recruit and retain top talent. Manage Doctors, Nurses, Front desk, Sales, Marketing, Administration. Create a high performance culture.
- Compliance: Ensure full compliance with DHA, NABIDH, Infection Control, Licensing, Medical Records, Audit Readiness.
- Marketing & Sales: Work closely with marketing. Own Lead generation, Lead conversion, Sales scripts, Call center performance, Marketing ROI.
- Leadership: You must be capable of leading a multidisciplinary medical team. You will coach, mentor and hold people accountable while maintaining a positive and professional culture.
Mandatory Experience
- Minimum 10 years in private healthcare management.
- Demonstrated experience managing clinics or hospitals generating multi million AED annual revenue.
- Strong financial management experience.
- Experience building KPIs and dashboards.

- Strong knowledge of DHA regulations.

Compensation
- Competitive fixed salary plus a performance based bonus linked to measurable business results.
Interview Process
- Candidates should be prepared to present a 30 60 90 day turnaround plan during the interview process and demonstrate, with evidence, how they have improved performance in previous healthcare organizations.
