Manager, Web Development

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred • 5+ years of professional experience working with current technologies, tools, and cloud-related services • Experience leading teams and supporting performance, development, and resource planning • Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in dynamic technical environments • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders • Self-motivated, proactive, accountable, quality-conscious, and results-oriented • Experience with MS Office, Jira, Confluence, and GitHub; Planisware, Polarion, SAP, or German language skills are a plus

Occasional travel may be required based on business needs.
