MANAGER - WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS

Operational Management

• Oversee daily warehouse, project management, and production operations.
• Manage secondary packaging and labelling for assigned clinical trial material projects.
• Ensure equipment availability, validation, and calibration for proper storage of clinical trial material.
• Plan GMP activities according to client requirements.

Quality and Compliance

• Ensure operations comply with DCGI, GMP, GCP, GSDP, regional guidelines, SOPs, agreements, safety measures, and client requirements.
• Support client audits and manage non-conformances, deviations, root causes, and CAPA.
• Ensure timely completion and review of batch packing records for quality checks and client approval.

Resources and Training

• Provide adequate staffing within the FTE budget, effective training, standard operating procedures, and capacity management.
• Manage operational teams and ensure activities meet timelines, escalating issues as required.

Project Management

• Guide project coordinators during new project setup and GMP activities.
• Supervise operational documentation and prioritize inbound, outbound, labelling, return, and destruction processes.
• Lead client communication for project management, problem solving, and issue escalation.
