We’re hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in as little as 12–18 months.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn all aspects of our business.

• The hourly rate / wage for this role is $18.00
• Overtime Pay: Eligible (The company pays overtime in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Per company policy, approval is required prior to the use of overtime)
• Holiday Pay: Eligible (1.5 x regular pay rate for hours worked on a designated holiday, in addition to receiving 8 hours of holiday pay)
• Sick Pay: Granted Up to 40 hours
• Paid Time Off / Vacation / Paid observed Holidays (Accruals start at.83 Days a Month, 4 Floating Holidays, 9 Paid Observed Holidays)

• Support achievement of location sales goals

• Prepare for future leadership roles through structured training

• Must be 20 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong computer and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow
• Exceptional time management skills
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Presentable attire
