Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage trade capture, exception handling, service routing, settlement, cash reconciliation, journals, payments, and balance monitoring.
• Resolve processing queries, meet service-level deadlines, and act as an escalation point for business partners.
• Coordinate with operations teams, support migrations, maintain governance trackers, and publish management information.
• Manage operational risks, improve controls, reduce manual processing, and implement technology upgrades.
• Lead team performance management, cross-training, succession planning, and service-quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or accounting.
• At least five years of relevant fund-administration experience.
• Ability to manage teams, meet operational goals, and prioritize multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work shifts and across jurisdictions, cultures, and changing business needs.
