Overview
Mashreq seeks a Manager, Technology - Core Banking to lead the Core Banking and Payments Transformation Program.
The role involves implementing Oracle FLEXCUBE, managing stakeholders, and ensuring alignment between business requirements and technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of core banking, cash management, and transaction banking products, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the next-generation Core Banking platform (Oracle FLEXCUBE) and related payment solutions.
- Drive requirements management, solution reviews, testing, migration readiness, risk management, and country rollout activities.
- Contribute to the transformation of Cash Management and Trade Finance products, including Payments, Account Services, Collections, Virtual Account Management, Liquidity Management, and Digital Channels.
- Enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and business agility across the Mashreq network.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of core banking, cash management, and transaction banking products.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
