7+ years of experience in a technical leadership or people management role within a high-growth environment.
Deep technical understanding of cloud infrastructure fundamentals, including Kubernetes, GPU compute, AI/ML applications, and high-performance computing (HPC).

Demonstrated success scaling technical delivery teams during periods of hyper-growth.

At CoreWeave, base pay is determined by a range of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits programme (all subject to eligibility).
