Manager/Team Lead Analytics

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art, data-driven visual analytics or predictive models to solve business problems using the latest and most appropriate technologies in business intelligence, machine learning, statistical modeling, and Operations Research.
• Develop analytics solutions; pattern identification and feature extraction, variable selection; experimentation with algorithms, performance analysis and preparation for communication with internal and external clients.
• Translate analytics outputs into commercial insights.
• Develop standardized methodologies, with a focus on providing guidelines on measurement, data collection and analysis and interpretation.
• Be the Subject Matter Expert for a specific industry.
• Manage, coach and mentor team.

Qualifications

• MBA + B E/ B Tech or any other relevant degree (i e, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Machine Learning, Physics, Econometrics, etc.) with relevant work experience of 2-4 and 0-2 years respectively (Team Lead / Senior Analyst - Analytics) in analytics companies.
• Team and client management experience.
• Experience on multiple predictive modeling techniques Logistic Regression, Linear, Random Forest, Boosting, Neural Networks etc.
• Deep knowledge of data analytics methodologies.
