Key Responsibilities
- Identifying the skilling and learning needs of the individual employee and the organization as a whole.
- Ideating and designing learning strategies and programs.
- Developing customized learning plans for each individual and team.
- Creating training schedules to upgrade the skills of employees and teams in a time-sensitive manner.
- Designing the most suited way to impart knowledge on a case-by-case basis - gamified courses, e-learning courses, workshops, on-the-job training, etc.
- Identifying and onboarding trainers (internal and external) for the various learning programs.
- Designing and implementing assessment frameworks for learning programs.
- Ensuring compliance with the learning charter.
- Effectively using a learning management system to manage and track the learning lifecycle.
- Planning and managing the budget for this function.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and consultants as required.
