- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise business and People leaders.
- Data-driven mindset using recruiting metrics, dashboards, and analytics.
- Experience applying global talent acquisition governance, policies, and compliance standards.
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop recruiters while driving accountability and performance.
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and interest in responsible AI practices, risk management, and ethical use.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and 9+ years of relevant professional experience.
