Role overview
Clio is seeking a Manager, Systems Engineering, Production to join its Engineering Team.
The role empowers product development with systems and services, addresses application efficiency and performance, and contributes hands-on production problem-solving.
The position is available to candidates across Canada.
Workplace
- Local employees in Clio hubs including Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto are expected to work in the office at least two days per week for Anchor Days.
- Clio describes the role as part of a hybrid work environment.
What you will do
- Define the vision and support architecture for new global capabilities.
- Author, review, and ship infrastructure as code in cloud environments.
- Improve production issue self-service and resolution time through automation and observability tooling.
- Supervise, mentor, and collaborate with individual contributors.
- Partner with product development teams on security, performance, reliability, availability, and change velocity.
- Recruit, hire, coach, develop, and retain engineering talent.
- Build cross-functional relationships across the engineering organization.
