include configuration, maintenance, upgrades, report development and generation, monthly billing as well as other technical and functional support of the AiM system.

Participates in strategic planning and data analysis to assist in determining future needs and enhancements and develops workflows for the new ReADY request software and assists with technical support of other IT systems used by Facilities.

Experience providing daily technical support for end users.

Knowledge of the Banner ERP and/or familiarity with state reporting, budget or purchasing requirements, experience with multilayer work process software systems.

Normal Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, some nights and weekends

Salary: $66,700 - $84,000, depending on experience
