Responsibilities
- Lead ecommerce fulfillment, marketplace operations, and supply chain initiatives to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and cost productivity across UAE and GCC markets
- Drive operational performance and service excellence through continuous improvement and process optimization
- Monitor and optimize key financial and operational metrics through budgeting, reporting, productivity tracking, and cost optimization initiatives
- Lead and support strategic business projects, operational expansions, and new capability rollouts in collaboration with cross functional teams
- Collaborate with Tech, Finance, Operations, and Business teams to ensure successful project execution and stakeholder alignment
- Build structured project plans, review mechanisms, and performance tracking frameworks
- Drive automation, scalability, and process simplification initiatives
- Develop dashboards, MIS reports, KPI trackers, and automated reporting solutions using Excel, Power BI, and analytics tools
