GEMTEC is seeking a strategic, client-focused structural engineering leader to guide our Structural Division, mentor future leaders, strengthen relationships, and help shape the next stage of our growth across Atlantic Canada.

You will be a visible leader in the business, working closely with senior leadership while guiding day-to-day operations, project delivery, growth, and culture within the Structural Division.

• Develop and execute the Structural Division strategy in alignment with GEMTEC's corporate objectives.
• Oversee structural engineering projects from proposal through completion, with a focus on quality, client service, and profitability.
• Provide senior technical guidance on complex structural projects and support strong QA/QC practices.
• Lead annual budgets, resource planning, workload management, and operational performance.
• Grow relationships with municipal, provincial, federal, and private-sector clients, and lead key proposals.
• Coach managers, project leads, and emerging leaders through recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.

• Lead a growing division of 20 team members with established clients and a strong regional reputation.
