Responsibilities
- The Manager, Strategy will contribute to the growth and success of Ecoplexus by directly supporting the US CEO in developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating strategic initiatives and communications to support the company’s growth. This includes assisting with board presentations, quarterly company updates, and ownership of key approval processes including our Investment Review Committee. This position is an integral member of the team, collaborating with all departments and providing results based on established objectives from our organizational strategic plan.
- The ideal individual will possess excellent written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills. The candidate must be able to maintain a balance among multiple priorities. This role will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans. The Manager, Strategy must be able to work under pressure, handle a wide variety of responsibilities, be creative and enjoy working within a team environment that is mission-driven, results-driven, and community oriented.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage 2-3 strategic initiatives at any given time
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans.
- Prepare briefing notes, presentations and status updates to leadership and board level discussions.
- Identify and implement improvements to decision making processes.
- Create meeting related support material/collateral for numerous meetings including board meetings, investment reviews, sponsor materials, and external communications
