Role Overview
The Manager, Strategic Programs joins the Strategy team, reports to the Chief of Staff, and works closely with the Executive Leadership Team.
This full-time, permanent role supports Caseware’s strategic evolution through analysis, execution tracking, and cross-functional program leadership.
The role is based in a hybrid Toronto arrangement requiring three days per week in the Toronto office.
What You Will Do
- Advance high-priority strategic initiatives across functions, regions, and business units.
- Lead analyses, business cases, and scenario modelling for strategic priorities, investments, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate measurable AI transformation initiatives across Product, R&D, go-to-market, and corporate functions.
- Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, analysis, synthesis, reporting, and execution.
- Create executive- and board-ready recommendations, performance narratives, initiative updates, and KPI dashboards.
