Responsibilities
- Build and execute the partnership roadmap across multiple verticals
- Source, negotiate, and close partnerships
- Build commercial logic for each partnership including revenue model, unit economics, and deal terms
- Work with product to define how partnerships appear in the eZhire app and customer journey
- Track partnership performance and optimize commercials and execution
- Identify new partnership categories and bring ideas
- Represent eZhire externally to senior decision makers at partner organizations
- Travel periodically across UAE, KSA, Bahrain, and Qatar for partnership conversations
Requirements
- 4 7 years of partnerships, business development, or ecosystem growth experience at a startup or scale up
- Proven track record of sourcing, structuring, and closing deals end to end
- Strong commercial acumen with understanding of unit economics and revenue models
- Product aware with understanding of how partnerships integrate into apps and customer journeys
- UAE based with right to work in the country
- Arabic is a strong plus

About the Role
- The Strategic Partnerships Manager will own eZhire's partnership pipeline end to end, reporting directly to the CEO.
- Primary market is UAE with regular involvement in KSA, Bahrain, and Qatar operations.
What you will actually do
- Build and execute the partnership roadmap.
- Source, negotiate, and close partnerships across multiple verticals.
- Build commercial logic for each partnership.
- Work with product to define how partnerships show up inside the app.
- Track partnership performance and optimise commercials.
- Identify new partnership categories.
- Represent eZhire externally to senior decision makers.
- Travel periodically across UAE, KSA, Bahrain, and Qatar.
Who you are
- 4–7 years of partnerships, business development, or ecosystem growth experience at a startup or scale up.
- You've built partnerships from zero and can point to specific deals you sourced, structured, and shipped end to end.
- You think like an operator, not a relationship manager.
- You're commercially sharp with understanding of unit economics and margin.
- You're product aware.
- You write, model, present, and negotiate well.
- You move fast and ship without waiting for permission.
- UAE based with right to work.
- Arabic is a strong plus but not required.
- You understand the UAE mobility, fintech, or consumer tech landscape.
