Responsibilities
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports for commercial pharma (sales, field force, HQ reporting)
- Translate business requirements into data models, data flows, and scalable BI solutions
- Lead/assist in Power BI migration initiatives and reporting automation (Alteryx or similar tools)
- Ensure data quality, validation, and governance across reporting layers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; manage Agile delivery and support enhancements, including chatbot/AI integrations
