Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in business analytics, strategy/management consulting, commercial analytics, operations, supply chain, finance, marketing/customer analytics, product management, or other decision-oriented business functions.
- Significant experience working in the Retail/CPG industry.
- Strong business-first consulting and problem-solving mindset, with experience working directly with business leaders.
- Strong understanding of retail functions such as Pricing, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, and Forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability to move from business question → hypothesis → analysis → insight → recommendation/action.
- Strong experience managing multiple workstreams and driving initiatives through end-to-end delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, BI/visualization tools and/or Python, along with strong analytical aptitude.
- Experience identifying business opportunities, prioritizing interventions, and translating analytics into measurable outcomes.
- Interest or hands-on exposure to GenAI, AI agents, automation, or emerging technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and rapidly learn and apply new technologies.
