Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical /Electronic Engineering or related field or equivalent experience preferred
Experience Qualifications
- Typically 8+ years hands-on experience of web application development with Java or Python or Javascript, and database technologies
- Typically 2+ years leadership experience
Skills and Abilities
- Hands-on experience leading an engineering team(s) responsible for highly scalable applications
- Experience with capacity planning - drive an understanding of capacity needs based on our business drivers
- Technical ability to understand the software development lifecycle
- Strong presentation skills and executive presence
- Experience with quantitative analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience developing and managing applications on public cloud technologies like AWS
- Demonstrated experience as an excellent problem solver with deep hands-on technical expertise leading highly scalable applications
