Manager, Software Engineering, Development Infrastructure

• BS/BA in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent related experience
• 1+ year(s) of management experience or 1+ year(s) of staff level engineering experience with management training
• 5+ years industry experience in software design, development, and algorithm related solutions.
• 3+ years experience in large-scale system design and software development
• Experience programming in object-oriented and/or functional programming languages (like Java/Python/C/C++/Scala/etc.)

• MS or PhD in Computer Science or related technical discipline
• 2+ years of hands-on software engineering/technical management and people management experience
• 1+ years experience leading developer productivity and quality automation efforts
• 5+ years programming experience in languages such as Java, C++, Python, Go, Rust, C# and/or Functional languages such as Scala or other relevant coding languages.
• Experience in architecting, building, and running large-scale distributed systems
• Experience in the design and development of performant, highly available, scalable web applications
• Successful track record of managing teams of engineers to deliver multiple projects on time and with quality
• Active involvement in the creation and execution of technical strategies and roadmaps

The pay range for this role is $200,000 - $268,000 Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
