You can work comfortably with a cross-functional team of PMs, Analysts, and mobile and back-end-focused engineers.

You have led a team that consistently delivered high-quality output on critical infrastructure projects.

You tend to be the standard bearer who takes a great deal of pride in your work and can inspire others to rise to the occasion

You can create and maintain a positive, healthy team environment in which everyone is supported, encouraged, and meaningfully challenged to do great work

Preferred tech skills: C#,.NET/.NET Core, Kotlin, Python, SQL, Databricks, AWS, REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, Kafka, CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native development.

Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar tools) as part of your software development workflow

Experience in fintech is a plus.

Experience leading the design, implementation, and deployment of high-scale cross-functional payments systems.
