Responsible for executing Shikhar programs as per defined plan to increase activation and spends

• Manage Activation and Spends on Shikhar portfolio in assigned geographical area
• To deliver on activation and spends on Shikhar portfolio
• Create tie-ups and alliances with local/city centric merchants
• Launch & roll out local level engagement programs for cardholders
• Liaise with sales for identifying merchants and execution support on branch/cluster level engagement programs & with Brand team for visibility of SBI Card brand / offer at merchant store / city catchment area
• Track & report activation numbers for Shikhar Portfolio
• Launch & Manage local merchant tie-ups
• All offer related execution responsibilities like LOI, agreement, logo , offer compliance, complaint redressal etc.
• Onboarding local agency for local tie ups, Ensure Proper Billing process (PO)
• Perform process documentation and compliance adherence
• Roll out Regional festival campaigns
• Maintain & Create Merchant funded Offer property
