Essential Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Support, or Inside Sales
• Experience supporting US-based sales teams, preferably in the technology or Oracle ecosystem is a major plus.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead lifecycle management
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (mandatory for US stakeholder interaction)
• Strong executive-level email drafting and outreach capabilities.
• Business acumen with the ability to understand client challenges and value propositions.
• Demonstrated prospecting and lead generation skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up capabilities.
• Self-starter with a proactive, hunter-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively with offshore and onshore teams.

Preferred Experience

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools is a plus.
• CRM experience is beneficial but not required. Salesforce experience is not required for this role.

• Should be approachable, should be flexible at work, Graveyard shift hours coverage on a need basis.
• Should understand business objectives and organization structure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle cloud products is a plus.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
• Leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior team members, gradually.
• Experience in proposal management and RFP/RFI processes
• Familiarity with sales enablement tools and marketing automation platforms
• The candidate must have strong work ethics and trustworthiness.
• The candidate must have leadership capabilities and create a working environment where the team wants to work for the leader.
• The candidate should work accurately with attention to detail by maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
• Must be highly collaborative and team oriented with commitment to excellence.
