Manager/Senior Manager, Contracts

• Bachelor’s Degree required; paralegal or contract certification preferred
• Minimum 4 years of experience in contracts management in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical company
• Advanced knowledge of Word and Excel
• Experience drafting and negotiating contracts for Phase I-IV clinical studies preferred
• Ability to understand and analyze contract terms, accurately identify and assess risks, make decisions with respect to contract content in alignment with Codera’s risk tolerance and contracting standards, and offer a practical, business-minded approach to contract negotiation
• High level of integrity with the ability to maintain the protection of proprietary and confidential information
• Flexible and adaptable to shifting deadlines and priorities, able to effectively prioritize and manage a large volume of contract assignments
• Self-starter who will continuously look for opportunities to improve processes
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to use clear language to explain complex concepts

The estimated annual base salary for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 , commensurate with experience and skills.
