About the Role
Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (du) seeks a Manager Security Controls to oversee financial feasibility of security projects, manage resources, and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Determine financial feasibility of implementing special projects and developing new programs in line with du strategy and approved Capex budget
- Support ISRM management to set adequately high standards and monitor team compliance
- Allocate financial and people resources efficiently to maximize value for team and wider organization
- Enhance Customer Experience through effective improvements of demand and delivery process
- Support decision makers in ISRM to make sound decisions quickly when situation requires intervention
- Standardize and increase efficiency in current processes and procedures
- Support teams to take decisive action to overcome obstacles (e.g., service catalog development, review and implementation)
- Support Teams management and HEAD OF in planning yearly budget and Opex/Capex
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Telecom/IT industry
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in telecom with proven track record in managing and delivering related services
- Good understanding of project management

Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Telecom/IT industry.
Experience
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience and preferable in telecom with a proven track record in successfully managing and delivering related services.
- Bachelor s Degree in Telecom/IT industry or equivalent Desirably with program/project management qualifications and Understanding of Telecom/ Information Technology and/ or Security field
- Good understanding of project management
