Solution Design & Implementation

Lead end-to-end implementations of EWM with Material Flow System (MFS) integration.

Design and configure: Warehouse structure and activity areas Storage control and process-oriented storage control (POSC) Layout-oriented storage control (LOSC) Handling Unit (HU) management Wave management and labor management

Configure and support EWM MFS components, including: Communication channels (TCP/IP, PLC interfaces) Telegram configuration and queue management Routing and conveyor logic Resource management for automated equipment

Design high-availability and performance-optimized MFS architecture.

Integrate MFS with ASRS (Automate Storage & Retrieval Systems), Conveyor and sortation system and robotics

Provide solution documentation including functional specifications and test scripts.
