Role Overview
Deore Dhamne Architects is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and growth for its architecture, PMC, planning, and infrastructure consultancy.
The role owns the complete business development cycle from identifying prospects through closing projects and generating revenue.
What You Will Do
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, including developers, industrial groups, institutions, infrastructure companies, and private clients.
- Cold-call decision-makers and secure meetings with promoters, directors, CEOs, and project heads.
- Present company capabilities and project portfolios, develop proposals, and conduct follow-up.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations, and convert opportunities into projects and revenue.
- Visit clients and project sites across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Nashik, and Maharashtra.
- Build long-term relationships, generate repeat business, and contribute directly to business growth.
Candidate Profile
- The role requires 5–10 years of experience.
- Experience in architecture, PMC, engineering, construction, real estate, infrastructure, or B2B professional services is preferred.
- Candidates should have excellent communication and presentation skills, strong sales and negotiation ability, and confidence with senior decision-makers.
