Manager Sales and Distribution

• Drive Assets Under Management (AUM) growth, net sales, and market share across assigned distribution partners.
• Develop and execute channel-specific business plans to achieve sales targets.
• Strengthen HSBC Mutual Fund's presence and wallet share with key distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution reach within the territory.
• Monitor competition, market trends, and distributor activity to formulate growth strategies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Banks, NDs, and MFDs.
• Engage regularly with key decision-makers, branch managers, investment counselors, and distributor leadership teams.
• Ensure high levels of distributor satisfaction through proactive support and engagement.
• Resolve distributor queries and operational issues in a timely and effective manner.

• Conduct product presentations, investor awareness sessions, and training programs for distributor sales teams.
• Enhance distributor knowledge on mutual fund products, market developments, asset allocation, and investment solutions.
• Equip partners with relevant sales ideas and investment themes to support business generation.

• Track market developments, competitor strategies, and distributor trends.
• Provide actionable market feedback to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure effective implementation of sales campaigns, New Fund Offer (NFO) launches, and strategic initiatives.

• Adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and internal governance requirements.
• Ensure business activities are conducted in accordance with SEBI, AMFI, and company guidelines.

• Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
• Deep understanding of Mutual Funds and capital markets.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and training capabilities.
• Ability to analyze distributor business and drive market share gains.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of execution focus and result orientation.

• MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification preferred.
• AMFI certification mandatory.
• 1-3 years of experience in Mutual Funds, Wealth Management, Banking, or Financial Services distribution.
• Proven track record of managing distributor relationships and delivering sales growth.
