•Lead implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of safety systems, standards and critical controls.
•Partner with operational leaders to strengthen safety leadership, risk management and safe behaviours.
•Monitor safety performance trends, lead targeted interventions and support investigation of significant incidents.
•Coordinate annual planning, integrate inputs across functions and establish governance for delivery of site priorities.
•Oversee delivery of minor capital, infrastructure, operational and rehabilitation projects to scope, schedule, cost and safety requirements.
•Govern the integrated project portfolio and ensure initiatives improve performance, reliability and safety outcomes.

•Capability in business improvement methodologies and management operating systems.
•Experience influencing senior stakeholders and using performance and risk data to support sound decisions.
Helpful for Success
•Experience in mining, resources or another large-scale safety-critical operation.
•Experience with capital portfolio governance, project delivery, operational planning or integrated maturity systems.
