We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Risk Standards to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As our Manager, Risk Standards, you will partner closely with the Head of Group Risk & Compliance to design, implement and continuously enhance our enterprise risk framework.
You will lead the delivery of key framework initiatives, provide meaningful risk insights and reporting to support decision-making, and help embed strong risk practices across the Group.
As the function evolves, you will also have the opportunity to build and lead a small specialist team while contributing to critical governance and reporting activities.

Relevant tertiary qualification in risk, compliance, audit or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong experience in enterprise risk management framework design, including taxonomy, appetite, matrix design, escalation settings and policy architecture.
Ability to develop high-quality framework artefacts, reports and governance papers for executive audiences.
Skilled at translating complex risk and compliance information into clear, concise and meaningful insights for management and Board reporting.
Able to balance rigour with practicality, creating frameworks that are robust, accessible and easy for stakeholders to apply.
A collaborative and relationship-focused approach, with the ability to build credibility and influence across all levels of the organisation.
Emerging people leadership experience and the ability to grow and support a small specialist team.
Professional risk or governance qualification (RMIA, GIA or equivalent) will be highly regarded.
