Responsibilities
- Own advertiser accounts across MENA and drive sales growth through retail media solutions.
- Build trusted relationships with CPG brands, agencies, and suppliers.
- Partner with Growth, Product, and Marketing to create tailored ad solutions and maximize client ROI.
- Plan, target, execute, and report on account-level campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
- Track performance, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
- Recommend ad technology solutions and optimize campaigns for scale and performance.
- Support seasonal campaigns, category growth initiatives, and regional expansion.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in ads technology, retail media, digital advertising, or account management.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding digital advertising or retail media sales targets.
- Strong understanding of ad technology platforms or retail media ecosystems.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, organization, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, creative, solution-oriented approach to account growth.
