Manager, Retail Experience Engineering

Collaborate effectively with Product, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Data, and Business teams across global regions.

Represent the engineering organization in planning, governance, and enterprise initiatives.

Establish strong stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong foundation in software engineering, distributed systems, system architecture, networking, cloud platforms, and modern application design.

Demonstrated ability to solve complex business and technical challenges using an AI-first mindset.

Experience with AI orchestration, agent-based workflows, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and modern AI engineering practices.

Experience implementing AI-assisted SDLC processes spanning intake management, prioritization, planning, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support.

Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, DevOps tooling, infrastructure automation, observability, and production operations.

Strong understanding of retail business processes and omnichannel commerce ecosystems.

Experience with store systems, POS, payments, promotions, loyalty, inventory, order management, and associate-facing technologies.

Understanding of global retail operations and regional market nuances.

Proven experience leading engineering teams within product, program, and engineering-led organizations.

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and modern product delivery practices.

Demonstrated ability to influence across cross-functional teams and drive alignment among diverse stakeholders.
