Manager - Recruitment & Selection

The Bhumi Fellowship is a learning and development journey for young change-makers with a passion for committing to educational equity in the long term.

The program currently has 32 fellows in Chennai, working with over 5,500 children in over 30 schools.

In 2023, we aim to recruit at least 100 fellows in two cities.

The Senior Manager - Recruitment, Bhumi Fellowship will manage the execution of the entire Fellowship selection process (including recruitment and selections) through key partnerships for recruiting exceptional candidates for Bhumi Fellowship .

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Developing and executing Recruitment & Selection strategy to attract the best talent for the Bhumi Fellowship through internal and external collaborations/partnerships

• Independently owning the strategy execution and achieving recruitment targets on a quarterly and annual basis.

• Collaborating and strengthening relationships with colleges/universities, corporates and relevant institutions

• Managing and coaching team members to ambitious outcomes

• Ability to gather and analyse data to inform decisions
