Responsibilities
- Manage daily venue operations, opening, closing, bookings, payments, and schedules
- Lead and supervise Quiz Masters and venue staff
- Ensure guests receive a professional, fun, and memorable experience
- Manage corporate events, birthdays, school groups, and tournaments
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, special requests, and follow ups
- Monitor quiz rooms, equipment, screens, buzzers, lights, and game systems
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and report recurring problems
- Maintain venue cleanliness, presentation, stock, and safety standards
- Promote packages, add ons, repeat visits, and Google reviews
- Prepare basic sales, booking, staff, and operational reports
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, entertainment, events, leisure, retail, or venue management
- Strong leadership, customer service, and problem solving skills
- Excellent English communication
- Organized, confident, reliable, and comfortable managing a team
- Comfortable using booking systems, spreadsheets, payment systems, and basic technology
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Role Overview
- We are looking for an energetic, organized, and reliable Venue Manager to oversee the daily operations of Quiz Room Abu Dhabi.
- The Venue Manager will lead the team, manage bookings and events, maintain excellent customer service, support sales, and ensure the venue runs smoothly.
