The Lead – Design Management (MEP) will be responsible for driving all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design coordination activities for hospitality assets under the Adani portfolio. The role ensures seamless alignment between hotel operators/brand technical teams, Asset Owning Companies (AOC) project teams, MEP consultants, and vendors, ensuring the final built product meets all brand standards, codes & regulatory standards, operational requirements, sustainability guidelines, and Adani Group governance norms. Reporting to the Head – Projects / Head – Design, this role acts as the MEP subject matter expert across the hospitality pipeline—from design development to installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.

Responsibilities
- Design Coordination & Stakeholder Alignment MEP Design Oversight Coordination With Hotel Operators & Brand Technical Teams Site Execution, Quality Control & Technical Support Governance, Compliance & Documentation Management Budget Management & Value Engineering Handover & Pre‐Opening Support
- Act as the single point of coordination for all MEP‐related activities across brand technical services, AOC project teams, consultants, contractors, and the Hospitality Division.
- Ensure all MEP designs integrate brand guidelines, operational workflows, safety norms, and sustainability objectives.
- Lead structured design review meetings with well‐defined minutes, action trackers, and deliverables monitoring.
- Review, validate, and approve all design stages (Concept, Schematic, DD, GFC) for compliance with:
- Brand technical standards
- Local codes and statutory norms
- Operational efficiency, maintainability, and guest‐experience requirements
- Detect design gaps proactively and drive timely resolution with consultants and contractors.
- Manage all technical interactions with brand technical services regarding MEP standards, equipment selection, HVAC strategies, BOH layouts, kitchen & laundry coordination, fire & life safety, water systems, and sustainability requirements.
- Evaluate operator‐requested changes for technical feasibility, cost impact, project timelines, and integration challenges before approval.
- Provide on‐site oversight during installation, testing, commissioning, and integration of all MEP systems.
