Capex Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement the annual Capex plan in alignment with organizational strategy and growth objectives.Collaborate with senior leadership to identify, evaluate, and prioritize capital investment opportunities.Assess the financial feasibility and ROI of proposed Capex projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Project Management: Lead the end-to-end management of infrastructure and civil projects from initiation to closure.Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Implement change management processes for scope changes, budget adjustments, or schedule revisions.

Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare detailed project budgets with cost breakdowns and contingency plans.Manage and monitor Capex expenditures to ensure they remain within approved limits.Track project-related financial metrics and prepare periodic financial reports for senior management.Conduct variance analysis and implement corrective measures to address deviations.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Act as a central point of contact for all civil project-related communications, ensuring transparency and alignment with all stakeholders.Collaborate with internal departments, external consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure effective project delivery.Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates on progress, risks, and opportunities.

Compliance & Quality: Ensure all projects, including civil projects, comply with relevant legal, regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.Implement quality control processes to ensure adherence to design specifications, construction standards, and operational requirements.Conduct audits, inspections, and reviews at various project stages to validate quality and compliance.Create and maintain standards for the plant infrastructure and offices

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize their impact on project timelines and costs.Implement proactive risk monitoring and control mechanisms.Manage crisis situations effectively to avoid project disruptions and ensure timely resolutions.

Procurement & Vendor Management: Coordinate for sourcing materials, equipment, and services for infra projects along with the procurement teamNegotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure favourable terms and conditions.Monitor vendor and contractor performance to ensure adherence to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Assign tasks, set performance expectations, and provide regular feedback to team members.Build and maintain a strong network of internal and external subject matter experts.
