Position Summary
The Manager of the Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for establishing, leading, and continuously improving the organization's project and program management discipline.
This role provides strategic oversight of the enterprise project portfolio, ensures consistent application of project management methodologies, and partners with executive leadership to align project delivery with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the PMO's strategic vision, governance framework, and operating standards to support consistent, high-quality project delivery across the organization.
- Oversee the enterprise portfolio of projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, prioritization, and available resources.
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine project management methodologies, templates, tools, and best practices (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches).
- Partner with executive leadership and department heads to define project scope, objectives, budgets, and success metrics.
