The role uses data and customer experience insights to support product vision, product requirements, and data-driven decisions.
The position works across product strategy, customer discovery, market research, usability analysis, execution, and product profitability.
Essential responsibilities
- Provide input to product strategy with cross-functional stakeholders in line with the shared product or platform vision.
- Implement an architectural roadmap balancing innovation, technical execution, regulatory requirements, time to market, customer needs, and product profitability.
- Incorporate customer experience and customer needs into product requirements and decisions.
- Monitor product success metrics, usability studies, research, and market analysis.
- Manage workstreams involving analytics, customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Monitor product profitability measures, including budget.
- Participate in Product Reviews, Operating Reviews, and Business Reviews to drive execution and accountability.
- Partner with content developers, data scientists, product designers, and user experience researchers.
