- Define and operationalize a clear product vision and multi year roadmap aligned to company growth objectives
- Identify and validate new market opportunities, leading product development from ideation through commercialization
- Own and drive software revenue growth, partnering closely with Sales and Marketing to deliver against targets
- Establish a customer centric product discovery framework, grounded in user insights and market intelligence
- Build, lead, and scale a high performing product organization (Product Management, Design, and Engineering alignment)
- Implement performance metrics (KPIs/OKRs) to enable data driven product decisions and accountability
- Champion the integration of AI, automation, and emerging technologies across the product suite
Requirements

The Opportunity
- This is a high impact, executive facing leadership role with a clear mandate: lead product strategy, innovation, and commercial growth for SnapOn Software.
- This role is designed for a leader who can operate at both strategic and operational altitudes—setting vision while driving execution in a scaling environment.
What You’ll Do
- Define and operationalize a clear product vision and multi year roadmap aligned to company growth objectives.

What You’ll Bring
