Manager - Process Architect

Description and Requirements

• Business Analyst / Business Process Modeler / Business Process Architect

Required skillset

• Strong expertise in Business Process Analysis & Modelling, including documentation of A-Is and To-Be processes (preferably in ARIS ) • Experience in Requirements Gathering, Analysis , and Documentation • Sound understanding of IT and Data Architecture principles • Hands-on expertise in Business Process, IT, and Data Modelling using BPMN/EPC , ERD, and tools like ARIS, Signavio, Visio, or equivalent • Ability to build and update Power BI / Tableau/ Qlik dashboards is a plus • Data Analytics and Data Storytelling skills is a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including facilitation of workshops (virtual and on-site)) • Proficiency in usage of Collaboration Tools (such as Teams , SharePoint , and OneNote ) and MS Office tools ( Excel, PowerPoint, Word )

Responsibilities

• Analysis, updates, and development of architectural artifacts including Business Processes Maps, IT Landscapes , ERD Diagrams , and State Diagrams in ARIS Connect • Elicit and document Business Requirements • Facilitate Business Process Modelling workshops • Maintain and govern the repository of architectural artifacts in ARIS Connect
