Overview
To provide a high standard of service to the customer.
Dealing with sales team & customers, maintaining timely execution of approved orders in co-ordination with warehouse team – having weekly review meeting with sales & warehouse team – following up for completion of orders
Responsibilities
- Execution of Approved orders on timely basis in coordination with warehouse team & Sales team
- Ensure proper & timely teamwork from all the team members.
- Generate timely reports, and regular follow ups with respective team members
- Having regular meetings with concerned team members for timely execution of approved orders
- Familiar with laws, regulations and ISO requirements as they apply to logistics
- Good computer skills especially working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software – SAP preferable
- Good decision-making skills
- Respond to clients for information about orders under execution
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Keep all the Company’s information confidential.
- Comply with company’s data integrity and security policies.
- Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions.
- Maintaining and updating an extensive Client Database
- Liaison between Sales Manager and all other internal teams
- Point of contact for potential customers
- To coordinate and monitor activities and schedules with both internal and external clients.
- To facilitate flow of products between Logistics and Sales Team
- Must be able to provide internal and external customer support at all levels pre and post sale.
