This role in summary
Lead and Drive Sourcing excellence (COE) and Responsible Sourcing strategies for sustainable, compliant and risk free sourcing.
KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead India PMO organization by working on various strategic initiatives and Responsible Sourcing pillars across Sourcing commodities.
- Be a core member of India organization driving and governing key programs for business growth.
- Designs frameworks, enforces compliance, and manages supplier performance to ensure sourcing projects deliver expected business value.
- Ensures that all sourcing activities adhere to organizational policies, legal standards.
- Identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks associated with vendor dependencies, supply chain disruptions, and contract failures across the project portfolio.
