Responsibilities
- Manage the company's fleet of diaphragm wall cutters and all other piling, ground improvement equipment
- Lead maintenance, repair, and refurbishment activities for specialized foundation equipment
- Develop and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Manage workshop operations, spare parts inventory, procurement planning, and maintenance budgets
- Support project teams by ensuring timely mobilization and operational readiness and equipment efficiency at sites
- Maintain compliance with company safety, quality, and operational standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 15–20 years of relevant experience in plant and equipment management within the foundation engineering and geotechnical construction industry
- Previous employment with reputable European piling and foundation engineering companies is highly preferred
- Extensive hands on experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting, overhaul, and repair of specialized foundation equipment, particularly Diaphragm Wall Cutters, Desanders, Slurry Treatment Plants, Piling Rigs, and cranes

Position Overview

- We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Plant & Equipment Manager for our UAE operations.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 15–20 years of relevant experience in plant and equipment management within the foundation engineering and geotechnical construction industry.
- Previous employment with reputable European piling and foundation engineering companies is highly preferred.
- Extensive hands on experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting, overhaul, and repair of specialized foundation equipment, particularly: Diaphragm Wall Cutters and the associated plant, Desanders and Slurry Treatment Plants, Piling Rigs and cranes.
