Role overview
The role is Performance Enablement Manager – Process & Project Management.
The position supports a data-driven Commercial Banking program that improves how advisors use insights and leads to engage with clients.
The role works across Product, Banking, Marketing, and Analytics teams.
Location and work arrangement
- The role is based in Toronto, Ontario, with a hybrid arrangement requiring four days onsite.
Contract and rate
- The contract duration is 12 months.
- The rate is CAD 55–CAD 63 per hour on an incorporated contractor basis.
Key responsibilities
- Support strategic, data-driven business initiatives.
- Gather and translate business requirements and stakeholder feedback.
- Analyze processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Develop problem statements, assess opportunities, and support benefit estimation.
- Manage project activities, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Coordinate stakeholders and support resource planning.
