Manager, Payroll

This is the unique blend of skills and experience we would love to see in an ideal candidate:

• College diploma in Human Resources, Payroll, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Certified Payroll designation or equivalent professional payroll certification.
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive payroll experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Experience administering multi-provincial Canadian payrolls in a complex organizational environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in payroll year-end processes, including T4s, RL-1s, taxable benefits, pension adjustments, and government reporting requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian federal and provincial payroll legislation.
• Experience working with HRIS/payroll systems; Ceridian Dayforce HCM experience is required.
• Advanced knowledge of payroll controls, reconciliations, and audit requirements.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with exceptional communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• The ability to communicate in French is considered an asset

This position offers a competitive salary within a range from $87,731 to $120, 686, along with rewarding bonuses that recognize your dedication.
