The Manager of Patient Access, Estimation Operations & Analytics leads the strategy, operations, and performance of patient financial estimation and counseling services to support an exceptional patient experience and optimize reimbursement outcomes.
This role oversees a team responsible for providing accurate cost estimates, financial counseling, collections, and guidance on available financial assistance resources.
The manager drives operational excellence through data analytics, process improvement, and change management initiatives while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.
In partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, this leader manages projects, implements strategic initiatives, and leverages performance metrics to enhance efficiency, improve financial outcomes, and support organizational goals across the patient access continuum.
This position is located at ICPH (8095 Innovation Park Drive) and is a hybrid position (once 90-day orientation is completed).
